When I turn my headlights on, they flash between bright and normal by themselves. Every driver on the road must think I have an emergency. What could this be? Thanks.........

 

they keep doing that like you have strobes?

there must be a loose connection somewhere, probably loose connections on the headlight switch on your steering column. Either take it apart yourself or take it into a shop. If you drive behind or around a cop they may decide to ticket you.

 

I've never ever seen that. It has to be a wiring issue. I think there is a relay for the headlights.
