Default Toyota Camry 2000 won't start after fender bender

The damage was small to the fender area on the passenger side of the car. It still cranks but it won't start. So far I've looked for that "safety" button that apparently some cars have to no avail. I've also checked the fuel pump and it is not getting power. I've checked pretty much every relay and fuse and still can't find the source of the issue. Any recommendation would be greatly appreciated

What engine type, V-6 or 4-cylinder?

The pump only runs with the engine is cranking over to start or actually running.
Power to the pump is controlled by the CIR OPN Relay, Did you check this relay?

Check 5A IGN fuse. Fuse powers solenoid of fuel pump (FP) relay at pin 1.

EFI relay sends power to items such as FP relay.

Check 15A EFI fuse. Powers FP relay at pin 5 to power the fuel pump..

Pin 3 of FP relay is the wire to the pump.

Pin 2 of FP relay goes to the engine computer. The computer received signals the engine is cranking or running and then grounds the Pin 2 to complete solenoid circuit.

Try powering the pump directly at the Blue/Black wire to pump or jumping the FP relay..
