Runs normal until warmed up then loses power and feels like it's not firing on all cyl. If you press down on the gas quickly it will surge from 0-2000rpms repeatedly or it will die but will start right back up. If you press the gas gently it will excell slowly but it starts to shake real bad at 50mph and won't go beyond that speed. I am getting cyl. 3 coil failure code so I replaced all the spark plugs, all coils, fuel filter and added "Heet" to gas thinking it might have water in it. No change. I can hear all the fuel injectors working.

 

Check fuel pressure first, then do a block test. some of those 2.4L have had head bolt issues. hesitation is usually caused by low fuel pressure, and since you have changed the fuel filter, i would check pressure.
