It has 194000 miles on it. Only smokes a little at cold start. Not sure if it smokes during hard acceleration . No leaks from engine on concrete. Any ideas?

 

leaking through the valve stem seals ..they harden
and let oil pass by into the combustion chamber

at most workshops they can be replaced with the head on

or rings are tired
a dry then wet cylinder compression test will give more answers
