I've got a 1999 camry le 2.2l 5sfe and was wondering if there are any cheap performance parts for it because I don't make much money just like many others...any help would be greatly appreciated and if anyone have any extras parts laying around their garage not in use that would be extremely helpful as I'm wanting to build the ultimate sleeper camry

 

The ultimate sleeper Camry in any year is going to require some significant money. The aftermarket for Camry's is very limited in general and less for specific models.
You want the ultimate sleeper? Look into turbo kits. On a budget? Start buying a piece at a time and go from there.
There are no quick performance mods for these cars. Expect to spend a total of around $2000-4000 when all is said done.

 

overall I'm wanting to spend about 8,000 total on the car so it will be a great long drawn out process but expecting to make over 750 hp after it's all done

 

That's a nice budget you have there.
I take it you plan to start with a fresh engine?

 

The 5sfe block it's self can handle more than what power I'm wanting out of it so I can stick with the same block but all internals are going to be forged plus the turbo kit being custom made because I haven't found any turbo kits that bolt on to the 5sfe and also the awd conversion which I'm actually pulling away from the awd conversion to save my self alot of money but with the 8,000 I'm expecting to make 450-500hp if it's less than 8,000 that's great more money to repair it in case something breaks

 

Replacing the internals is a good move, smart.
Custom turbo build and AWD is going to be sweet.
