Default Oxygen Sensor Locations

I have a 03 Camry 2.4L, I'm wanting to replace the oxygen sensors. I do know that I have one sensor coming out of the exhaust manifold which is the upstream sensor. As for the downstream sensor, I'm told that it is after the catalytic converter, but when I look under my car I only see a sensor coming out of where the exhaust pipe comes down and to the catalytic converter, and the sensor is before the catalytic converter. So is this the downstream sensor? If anyone could give me a link to where I could find pictures of where my cars O2 sensors are located, or give me a picture of where it is at,it would be a big help.

If a 2AZ-FE the engine may have 3 sensors. One on top of the manifold, one before and one after the CAT.

Have you looked on top of the exhaust pipe?

Yeah, that's the engine that I have, I haven't look on top of the exhaust pipe yet, but that's probably where it is. My check engine light is on and the code is for the downstream O2 sensor, I got the replacement sensor and have to find out where to put it, lol....

Post the trouble code here. The code will determine which sensor is bad.

There is a separate code for each sensor and the sensors may not be the same type.
