Default Radiator leak?

Hi All
just got a 2006 Camry for my daughter, very cheap but needs a little TLC. Looking it over I noticed what might be a leak in the radiator fill valve - see pink crystals in the photo. Is this a concern? If so does the whole radiator need to be replaced?
Thanks!

Determine if the plastic radiator is leaking or the cap. As in the cap is what is leaking and the coolant is flowing down to the round plug area then evaporating..

If its the plastic radiator itself is leaking suggest changing it. Have experienced a small leak in a plastic radiator suddenly becoming a VERY large leak.. Might consider them a limited life part to be changed at signs of problems. If its the original radiator then its 14 years old.

Radiators are cheap and an easy DIY job.
