Default 05 Camry issue

What causes the wheels to stick to rotors every time I take off wheels

Toyota uses a hub centric design to align the rim to the axle/rotor. The rim has a hole in the center which lines up with the hub in the center of the rotor. The fit here may be a little snug. Try a anti-seize compound.
