Default 1990 Toyota Camry All Trac - No Spark

I have a 1990 Toyota Camry All Trac that has no spark. I have tried many of the proposed solutions that have been posted here about no start\spark and I have not been able to get this car to start. So here is the story with this car.
When I first bought it the car started and ran, but had a rod knock. One strange thing with this car is that the Check Engine Light did not come on but it still started. I figured it was the bulb, later on I found that the bulb was good. I replaced the engine and the car started and ran for a while, then it stopped running. Tried a new Igniter, installed new Distributor, new spark plugs\wires\cap\rotor, replaced MAF, bought a used ECU-I have no way to test it if it is actually good, new ignition switch, checked fuses.
Whats strange is that a few times, it did start and ran for a few minutes then stops.
Would appreciate if anyone can give me a few new ideas. I think that no power is getting to the ECU, anyone know a good way to test it?

no fuel relay orfuel pump problem trying to start it

does this car have an immobiliser

ecu fault and most non start faults should have the engine light on

any ecu replacement has to be the same part number out of another 1990 all track

could be an ignition tumbler fault

diagnostics are able to be read on that model

Fuel Relay and Pump is good, I get good pressure. Just no spark, we pulled a plug out and plugged it to the wire, cranked it and looked for spark, nothing. I will admit troubleshooting electricals on autos is my weakness.

I will have to double check the ECU numbers.

How can I find out if my car has an immobiliser? Is this a factory installed system? If it does have one how do I go about troubleshooting it or disabling it so it allows the car to start?

Ignition Tumbler? Where is this part?

other places to check

does this 1990 all track have a box of three fuses near the battery terminal ..one could be blown

or is there cluster ....of relays and fuses in the engine bay ...... ecu has a separate fuse on some toyotas

could it be a faulty dissy cap or module

answers of the other questions

Ignition Tumbler? = hidden at base of the ignition key assembly

immobiliser = check for a immobiliser relay or fuse in that engine bay picture in the black box

With ign switch on check for 12v at the black/orange wires of distributor and igniter.
