1997 Toyota Camry Factory Standard Radio Security Code
Hi Guys,
Have a 1997 Camry, absolute life saver of a car but replaced new battery and hit with the SEC code showing on the factory standard radio. Any chance anyone is able to track down the code and input method?
Ive been able to get it to prompt for the first 3 digits - holding preset button #1 and the up tune button at the same time but not sure how to get it to prompt for the second 3 digits?

Each radio has its own code or there is a reset code. If you still have the owners manual check to determine if its written there. If not, the normal procedure would be to go down to a Toyota dealer. In the past for a small charge they would be able to locate the code based on the cars VIN, radio model number and manufacturer. The Toyota dealer is the place to start thus call them.
