Default 2003 Steering Wheel Squeels

Hi guys I drive a 2003 Camry V6 XLE and ever since I purchased it from the dealer last August I hear some sort of squeeking noise whenever I turn the wheel from side to side and it the squeeking gets louder when the temperature is colder in the Winter time. When I am parking the car in a parking lot at slow speed all you hear is a grinding/squeeling noise coming from the steering wheel. Anyone of you guys ever encounter this problem?

Thanks
Leonard

welcome. take it to a shop before your steering gets damaged. It could be your accessory belts are worn/loose, your steering pump is taking a dump, perhaps your just low on fluid, but if you're not low on fluid, take it in.

is the noise coming from the steering wheel. The suspension or under the hood. you need to pin point it reall to asses the problem

you need to grease the boot on the firewall where you steering shaft runs through, common problem with these cars.
