Car was driven into rain floods just over hood of car. Ever since the starter relay goes out. After replacing it has 2 or 3 starts before I have to replace it. What it making it go out. There are no burn marks on terminals and does not smell burned. Doesn't need to be jumped after, just starter relay replaced. Please help
