Default 2006 exhaust

Just picked up a 2006 LE, 4cyl, auto trans from the dealer this week. While looking it over at home I noticed a exhaust pipe bracket that is attached to nothing. I called the dealer and they say the other Camrys on the lot were the same. I not so sure this is right. I guy I spoke to wasn't sure where the muffler was!

The bracket is located about 12" forward of the front side of the muffler. It's L shaped , 4" long and welded to the exhaust pipe. It is horizontal and to the passenger side. It has a rubber bushing (hocky puck) attached to it, and it doesn't attach to the car. Just above it on the floor of the trunk are 2 holes where it looks like the other half of an exhaust hanger should be.

Anyone have any ideas on this? I'm about 45 miles from a dealer and can't check another 2006 Camry for a couple of weeks.
