2007 Camry electrical system shutdown
I have a 2007 Camry with about 31,000 miles on it. I purchased the car new in May of 2006. I have had zero issues with the car to this point and am up to date on all maintenance. Today I tried to start the car and it would not turn over. There is no click or anything when I turn the key, nor are there any other lights or sounds apparent in the car. The power door locks and windows also do not work. I tried to jump start the car, but got no response from the battery or electrical system in the car. I also can not shift the car out of park even with the key turned and my foot on the brake. Does anyone have any advice on this or knowledge of electrical system issues? I just don't think it is the battery since a jump start didn't help and nothing seems to be working on the car. I am also concerned about warranty coverage since I am about three weeks beyond my 3 year warranty period. Thanks for any advice you might have here.

I checked the small fuses...
-but couldn't remove the blue fuse holders that seem to hold a number of important fuses. I also cleaned the battery connections. Will try to jump start one more time before calling my Toyota dealer tomorrow. My concern is that the car is about 2.5 weeks outside of the 3 year warranty. I really hope that Toyota doesn't stick me with a huge bill...
