Default 2011 LE Transmission Issue

Has anyone experienced an LE Camry, where it sits for a few days, upon startup the transmission is extremely slow to engage, it takes a few minutes and then engages and works like normal and no issues then on. But it does repeat the next extended sit.

Both only for a few seconds though, like 20-30

Is the air temp very cold as in below zero?

You can check for wrong fluid in trans, low fluid level, clogged trans intake filter.

Other issues can be problems with shift solenoid valves, worn seals and clutches.

When the trans is not engaging, don't rev the engine. Idle until trans engages.
