Whe I Accelerate It acts as if I can't drive a standard trans it is really bad in lower gears and gets better as i shift up. I already replaced the throttle position sensor with no improvement. Any ideas what I should try next?

 

I'm assuming you're getting severe jerking as you accelerate which indicates all cylinders are not firing properly. Could either be weak spark or restricted fuel. When was the last time the fuel filter was changed? Bad coil could also cause this.
