Default 92 Camry knocking noise from front passenger side

I drive a '92 Camry, 180k miles, and recently noticed a knocking noise coming from the front passenger side of the vehicle. The knocking increases and decreases in frequency in direct correlation to how fast I'm driving. I checked the tire for any objects stuck in a tread: nothing. The noise is not always present. It knocks more often when I'm turning the car, although it still happens sporadically when driving straight.

I'm not too experienced with cars; initially thought it was a CV joint, but then read this thread (https://www.camryforums.com/forum/ge...end-noise-233/) which led me to believe it may be a bad sway bar end link/bushing.

Hoping it's a relatively simple fix. I'm trying to avoid replacing something that doesn't need to be replaced.

If it's the sway bar end link and bushing, can I just replace the one or do I need to do both?

Appreciate any help.

I think its just the sitters, maybe they are loosing the grip.

Make 90 and 180 degree turns L and R at low speeds on flat surfaces (no bumps or potholes). If the knocking increases when turning one direction and decreases or stays the same turning the other check the CV joint.
