Question 95 Camry Air Conditioning turned on rough idle

Seeking technical advice:

My wife's 1995 Camry seems to have a problem with when the Air Conditioning is turned on, the idle drops just enough to cause the car to shake. The car never really dies but it seems close. If I shut the Air off, the car's idle returns and everything is fine. I doubt it is the fan as I can have the fan on in other modes and no problems.

Hopefully it is something that a weekend mechanic could fix with some advice.

Thanks

maybe when you turning the air on they is also something on your car that turning on too... maybe there is something wrong on the wiring or you just feeling that its shaking...

What is the engine idle RPM AC off and on?

Default Rpm

RPM no Air : 800

RPM with Air : 700 or so

I did notice that the upper passenger engine mount is pretty worn. Ordered it and replacing it and see what happens.

RPM should pick up a little when the AC is on.

What happens to engine RPM when you turn the steering wheel when car is stopped?
