it goes in reverse fine but in drive it starts off engine revs but car barely moves but when i picks up it runs ok but sometimes rumble. help please

 

Have you checked the trans fluid level and condition of fluid?

Can you describe the rumble?

Have you tried shifting into 2 or 1st?

Could be an internal clutch pack or one-way clutch is slipping. If so the trans needs to be taken apart to repair.

 

yes checked fluid ok ,and 2 and 1 same thing ,,automatic

 

It appears the issue is inside the trans. A transmission shop can run a few tests but would assume it needs to be overhauled or replaced.

If going to a shop just state the facts and let them make their own diagnosis. This will preclude them stating, you are correct regardless of what the problem really is.
