Default Brake Caliper Hardware installation

1993 camry 5s-fe
I have looked over all my available factory service manuals but the diagrams are either outdated or to blurry to see in which way the two differently designed caliper hardware need to be installed whether inboard or outboard. I have supplied a picture of the hardware supplied by toyota and am hoping for some advice on the correct installation of the hardware.

Manual may show no "indicator" was installed on 4 cylinder cars.

Install the indicator on inside pad. Install the pad with indicator plate facing up. This being the body of the indicator attached to the metal portion of the pad. The indicator "loop" being on the metal backing side of pad and the flexible tang (the section that will vibrate upon contact with the rotor) facing inboard to the contact portion of the pad.
