23820-62010 part number for canister

Starts from on top of number 6
(2006 camry 2.4l automatic)
It's located under the intake manifold
One hose starts at the throttle body then to this canister then where? ??

I'm getting misfire code on cyl 3

Can you take a picture of your actual car and the hose in question? I looked at the link you sent and I'm not sure what you are talking about.
