Default Diagnose mysterious noise ?

Hello. Anyone want to give this noise a guess?
listen over the wind noise, and you will hear the rhythmic ticking type noise.

the other day, I heard this noise while moving slowly through cars on our street. It slows and speeds up depending on how fast I go. It goes away when I stop, and not sure if it keeps going when I speed up as the outside noise covers it. Steering from side to side does nothing with the noise.

It sound stronger from left front side. All brake rotors and pads are new. I’ve checked them again and don't see or hear anything in them or strange noise. (Of course it isn’t under load when I did this).

the tranny fluid is filled correctly at all temps. Along with all other fluids.

the axle boots are fine. No excessive play on the axles. The axle nuts are tight to torque. Nothing is loose underneath. Doesn’t sound like any wheel bearing I’ve ever heard.

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could a disk brake shield be slightly bent and hitting something?

Make a few hard 360 turns in both directions at low speed and listen for popping and clicking.
