Hard to say. You'd have to monitor mpg over several tanks and get an average, then add cleaner and try to duplicate previous driving habits to get a new average of several tanks, then compare. I use it once per year in the gas tank, can't say it helps, but doesn't hurt. I mostly use it to remove any gum that has accumulated on injector pintle. Sea Foam seems pretty popular, just add it to tank before you fill tank. The spray pattern on the injectors may not be as it was when new. Only real way to clean injectors is to remove and send to professional testing/cleaning service such as Witchhunter Performance. Some shops offer the service with injectors on vehicle, but I can't speak for the results.
