My battery went dead today 'cause I left the headlight switch on when I parked, knowing the headlights will go off when I open the door when I leave the car. But recently, I've realized the headlights are still staying on after I leave the car. What feature in my '95 Camry is supposed to auto-shut off the headlights?

 

the drivers door light switch turns the light off. when you open the door the light should turn off, test if it does.
