install MVCI failure

Hi.
I need your help.
have MVCI driver for toyota for windows xp,
i install MVCI follow the installation guide,
TOYOTA-TIS-Installation-Guide.pdf (998.1K)
but dont install success,
why?

As if the driver is not installed success, can not do car.
