Default Mystery Harness

Hi folks. I'm hoping someone can help me with this. So I have a 2009 Camry LE. It does not have the JBL system or navigation. I was looking to replace the stock head unit with the Pioneer AVIC-Z130BT. So I pulled out the old radio and behind it towards the floor I found the harness pictured below neatly folded and taped up not connected to anything. Does any one have any idea what this is for? Is it maybe meant for the OEM navigation unit? If so does it have the VSS and reverse light wires on it? Would make splicing those wires from the Pioneer a lot easier if so...

What color are the wires that are not connected?

Forgive my ignorance but I'm not sure I understand the question. That entire black harness was not connected to anything.

On a side note does anyone know the easiest place to tap into the VSS and reverse light wires for my navigation unit?
