Toyota attorneys have pretty much shutdown all sites that were making online repair manuals available. This information is considered intellectual property by Toyota. Not my idea - just saying how things are.

Your best bet from a $$$ perspective is at the following site. One year subscription for $25.99

Do it Yourself Automobile Repair Manuals - Mitchell 1 DIY

You can also get the FSM info - factory service manual from Toyota online, but the pricing is ridiculous
