Default Red block pops up on dash, 2022 xse

Funny thing happened today... a red block with text popped up on the dash (has the 7" dash). It didn't last long enough to read any text, it might have been correlated with either a bump or a speed trap radar. I had the cruise set at 90mph, on the Texas Autobahn (toll 45 across north Austin TX).

The block was about 2cm x 7cm and appeared for less than a second... twice, in succession, just as I was passing a stopped cop in the other lane (toll road). I did not have CarPlay activated but my bluetooth sound was running (Angine de Poitrine, can't get enough of them!).

I have no clue where to search in the manuals.... so I just joined here, hopefully someone can clue me in. EDIT: I should add that the sound system cut out for less than 1 sec each time the red block displayed.

It happened again without the sound system going... there were three quick beeps, then it was gone. I thought I caught it one time beginning with 'D'... ending with an exclam? Going to have to put a dash cam on it to catch it... why any car would do this and not latch it into the info center is beyond me.

A warning icon? Any of these?

Toyota Camry Dashboard Warning Lights (All Models 2001 to 2024) - Dashboard Warning Lights

May not latch as the problem self corrects. Did you check for OBDII and Toyota trouble codes?

The notice looks like this. It is not a normal icon. I'll have to put a dash cam on it to catch it probably. Thanks for your help, I do have an OBD2 reader I can use... I'll try that.

Finally caught it! It's screaming BRAKE! for about 1 sec.... with three beeps. I guess the cruise was on. Evidently the collision avoidance is flakey... the car did come to me with 'minor' front end damage listed. This was not radar cruise, which is pretty much unusable, it smells cars in the slower lane, aggravating! Perhaps a factory re-cal? Visit to the stealership?

Thanks for the clue,,,.. turns out the sensitivity is already at min, You can turn it off, but it turns back on every power cycle,

I suspect the sensor is dirty, misaligned, or otherwise has a problem. There was no traffic in front of me when it went off.
