What vehicle we talking about, year, engine? In the 90s the float broke on my VW with Weber /Holley with mother and 2 boys in car. I walked to closest auto parts and bought a float for a Pinto/Vega and walked back and installed and went on my way. The TE/T1 to E1 jumper might give you codes if that applies to your Toyota. Worked on my first Toyota/Camry 90 days after I bought it. 94 Camry 2.2 glad it is Non-interference!
