This is my first post. I have a 94 Camry Wagon that has run real smooth. About 2 months ago the radiator went out and I got it replaced. Soon after that a weird spinning sound began. I called the shop and they started talking nonsense. I have recorded a video of the sound.

 

Did you do the work yourself?

V6 or 4-cylinder engine?

Recording of sound?

 

With the car in park/neutral and at idle does it make the sound?
Rev the engine while in park does it make the sound?
Does it only happen when the car is moving?

I had the radiator replaced by a local respected company with years in Everett WA where I live. This is a V6 engine.
I recording the sound while driving home.

I put the car in park and then neutral and at idle/revving I did not hear the sound. I will keep doing this and see if anything changes as the sound is sporadic.
It only happens when the car is moving and the sound will slow to a stop as the car slows.

 

Can't make out your noise from the road noise.

Since the repair should have been limited to the radiator will limit comments to such area.

The radiator has a couple of fans on the engine side of the radiator. The fans and its bracket would need to be removed from the radiator get the radiator out.

The fans might be powered hydraulically instead of electrically as with the 4 cylinder engine. Look on inside of the radiator for these fans and their blades. Engine off determine if the blades can rotate freely by hand or if something is caught in the fan.

With hood open, engine on, trans in park and emergency brake engaged turn on AC to high. The pump and fans should cycle on/of with the AC compressor pump. When the fans are rotating, listen for the any noise. .
