Accessing the inside fasteners holding the cover on requires taking out the trunk lining.

Remove
-Floor mat.
-Spare tire cover.
-RH side trunk wall cover. Held on by 2 clips (plastic push pins).
-Bolt for each trim hook (one on each side of rear of trunk). Hooks hold cover to the trunk.
-Rear plastic trim cover that runs from the lid opening to trunk floor. Attached by clips.
-LH side trunk wall cover (2 clips).

Inside trunk fasteners for the cover should now be exposed. 8 nuts and 4 bolts plus 2 cover side retainer brackets LH/RH (nut/clip). There are 4 outside clips on the outside underside of cover.

-2 upper retainer brackets LH/RH (screw/clip)
