I need help and I’m new to this forum, I bought a 2009 Toyota Camry LE in December 2009 with 32,000miles in Dallas from a Toyota Dealer and I shipped it to Africa.
In November 2011, I started noticing problem with my transmission, when I’m driving I can feel the car is very slow in the first 15 minutes then later it will pick up back to normal, I took the car for diagnosis I was informed that the gear box/transmission is going bad that I need to replace it.
I cant afford a new transmission so I bought a used one this February, after using the car for a week the used transmission develop the same fault but this time didn’t move, I was informed that there is a component in the car that is burning or wearing the transmission out, at this point I don’t know what to do and the USA dealer doesn’t really have a say because its out of their hands/country at the moment
