My Mechanic called me and was stumpped. The darn thing is loosing pressure...or has low fuel pressure at startup.The Cold Injector is good, the IAC is good, the ECU is great. So he has it narrowed down to either the Pump itself or the fuel pressure regulator. He is going to change out the pump first since it is rare for the Fuel pressure regulartor to go bad.
