Wierd thing happened to day. I was backing out of parking spot, call stalled. Engine would not turn over. I turned it off and let it sit because the batter appeared to be drained. Went to jump it from a friend later and ignition would not turn to on position, wheel locked and car would not shift from park to neutral. Also break pedle would not depress all way. Got wheel unlocked and ignition will go as far as ACC not to on and still won't shift out of park and break pad won't depress. Tried a few fuses and relays but no luck. Also realized prior to this that windows would not go up and moon roof won't open. That is why I am thinking fuse/relay issue.
