Default Where is the '98 camrys security system ecu???

I cant seem to find the security system main unit. Some say it is under the seat but I cannot find it there, and I also looked on another exact same car with a confirmed working security system and it was not under the seat either. Can you help?

im pretty sure it wouldnt be under the seat(s). it is probably hidden somewhere behind the dash. after all its a security system which is to protect the car and not made for easy access.

you mayonly have a wireless door lock system...if you do have a have an alarm find the security light and follow the wires..depending only what kind of system you have the three places i see them ..under the drives seat, under passenger seat and nearthe fuse box on the drives kick panel..

The anti-theft ECU is located in the dash on the passenger side under the air bag.
