Default forced induction?

Hey i have a 94 camry v6 1mz engine. and i put a custom intake on it, coulndt find any on the net for less than they wanted ( way to expensive ) anywho, i made my own custom intake, ill have pictures soon. i was wondering how i can make it forced induction, if i can get a new cone filter with an opening in the top for a tube, to be placed in a spot of effective induction. if anyone can help me. thx

basicly your saying you have a cold air intake on your ride and you wanting more airflow...cause correct me if im wrong but isnt a forced air induction system be a FMIC?

^^

I didnt understand the second half but I'll give it a shot.

I think your asking if a front mount is a form of forced induction which it is not. An intercooler is used to cool the hot air from forced induction. When a turbo or supercharger compresses air, it gets hot which will not make as much power. If you install an intercooler between the engine and tubo/supercharger, it lower the intake temp and since colder air is denser then hot air it will make more power. This also increases reliabilty. A FMIC is just a way of cooling a hot intake charge, its not a form of forced induction by itself.
