I've attached a picture of what broke. I don't know what it is or where can I find one other than a junk yard. I've looked up terms like Vacuum delay valve or Spark delay valve and some of what came up looks like it but I'm not sure.

 

Vacuum surge tank. Goes between VSV for EGR and EGR valve.

Did the plastic pipe break off for one hose? If so, it can be glued back on with epoxy.

Try a Toyota dealer.
