Default 225 Dollars Over Invoice

Hello Camry friends.

I have recently changed my line of work and now work for Lipton Toyota in Ft. Lauderdale.

I drive a Prius, and beleive in the Toyota product so much I now sell them.

I have been given the green light from managment to sell any of our new camry models for 225 dollars over invoice.

Anyone interested in this oppurunity or need advice for buying a car in your area feel free to contact me, Tony, at the dealership at 954-735-1330. I work every day except Thursdays. The best time to reach me is in the afternoon. Or you can email, or post a reply to this thread which I will check routinely.

I look foward to helping the community purchase vehicles at great prices.

TOny.

You need to beware of what invoice you are talking about. In the car business there are two invoices. One with holdback and one without. In most instances the customer will only see the one with holdback, in which case I would be able to sell under invoice. There are many deceptions some car dealers may use. I am offering a one of a kind deal for the camry community. Only 225 over true invoice.

Just as a perspective I can only buy, as a Toyota employee, a new Toyota for 100 over invoice.

I purchased last saturday my 2008 LE V6 with moonroof. I began my purchasethrough cardirect and dealerships fleet/internet departments called me with invoice offers, I choose the dealership that had the car I wanted (color, v6, vin #J).

The dealer showed me two invoice prices from hiscomputer:
Dealer Invoice Price was $22840.00
Actual invoice $21884.00 (minus Hold back 472, TDA 254, WRF 230)

I tried to start my bargainingat Actual Invoice, saying customers shouldn't pay for hold back, tda and wrf. Also, saying that the Dealer Invoice is higher than Edmunds, $21926and Kelly Blue Book $22450. He offered me dealer invoice with the $500 rebate or the APR financing plus the $400.00 College Grad Rebate. I took the APR financing and the $400.00 College Grad rebate with 1 year roadside assistance! At least I didn't pay anything close to MSRP $25439.00 because the value in Kelly Blue Book is only $24157.00.

I just bought a new 2008 Camry 5 speed manual with only 25 miles on it.

My trade in was only worth 2-3k according to KBB. The base price on the Camry was 19,305.

I made a deal with the Toyota dealer near me over the phone.... not even seeing me or my tradein. I got my new 2008 Camry out the door including my trade in, tax, tag, and title for an even 16k !!!!! that is a heck of a deal i got!
