Default 07 Camry 3.5L Cam Sensor

Well, this is my first Toyota, bought the car new, 150k on it now. Been a great car, except about once a year or 18 months, check engine light comes on for a cam sensor, and usually the rpm's will skyrocket and the car idles at 1500. I'll disconnect the battery, count to 30, reconnect and everything is fine. Yesterday, the wife says it's missing a little in the morning and leaving work it's missing and the CEL comes on. Go to Autozone to scan it, comes back cam sensor with a misfire on 1,3, and 5 and cam sensor "B" is a problem.

So.... with all being said, I have two questions. One, does anybody know which is the odd number bank and which sensor is B ( I'm assuming the one closest to the driver side and I stand at the front of the car)... Two, do I need to replace both sensors or can I do just one.... Oh and although I'm pretty good mechanically, I'd rather work on old 350's and such. Electrical components are not my strong suit. How hard are these to replace?

Thanks in advance...

This is for Bank 2, the one closest to the radiator.
