Go to msn autos and use their calculator to adjust the price with what options you want. It will show you msrp and invoice price. Subtract about 4 to 5 hundred bucks from invoice price for dealer holdback. That will be extremely close to what dealer paid for the car. This is what I did on a 4 cyl. se model. It came out to about $20600 and I paid $21650. A thousand bucks profit for the dealer seems about right to me. They do have to make a living. I got the holdback figures from consumer reports.
