I have a 1995 camry that won't start. I do not hear humming from the starter so I changed it. Not sure where to go next. Changed the spark plugs but still won't start. Please help!!

 

The starter does not work or works but the engine does not start?

 

The starter works but the engine doesn't start. Also, all the fuses indicate they are not working.

 

When the engine is being turned over, check for ign spark. Should be able to gap 1/2 inch and be white in color.

 

I replaced all the spark plugs.

 

What led up to this car not starting?
If there is spark, is there fuel?

There is spark and fuel. I don't hear the fuel pump humming when I turn the key to the ignition. I replaced the fuel pump but still no humming. I checked the fuses and none of them indicate they are working but the filaments aren't broken. I do not know how to check the relays.

 

The pump will only run if the starter is turning or the engine is running.

Did the engine ever run?

 

The engine ran up until two weeks ago. Could the fuel pump relay be bad? If so which one is it? I didn't locate it on the diagrams.
