Default 1997 power window all fail after door repair

New there and need help. I have a 97 Camry. After removing the driver door panel to repair a door dent, I hooked all connection harness back. I find the all power windows are not working. The power lock remain working. Check all fuse including under the hood and behind the coin tray are all good. My questions are, where is the fuse of the power window? Are there any setting procedure after the power has been disconnected?

Door, gauge and power fuses.

Some are in a fuse box behind the drivers side dash board ash tray. Others in a fuse/relay box on the drivers side of the engine.

Are all windows not working?

Both fuse box were check and all good. All Windows are not working. The power lock works. Check the wire connection to the windows controller with meter, the blue lines has no power.

Checked all relays and all good. Checked all fuses and all good.using 12V light test, absolute no power juice to the windows control hardness, but it triggers the power lock, the power lock appears to just need very weak electrical impulse. I am thinking hot wire the blue line of the connected, of course, connected to a 25 fuse. Is it a good idea?

Does the car have a power seat or moon roof?

Blue wire(s) gets power from the Power Relay switch which is connected to the Power fuse.

Power Relay solenoid is controlled by the integration relay.

no power seat and moon roof. Since the fuse s are OK, so the relays are ok. I order a replacement widows controller, will report after receiving it.

Blue wires should have power with ign key ON or ACC.

if the relay controls the blue line, when the control board does not give signal to activate the relay, the blue line voltage is not measurable.

Yes, relay must be closed (on) to send power to the blue wire. To close the relay (assume working OK) the integration relay must send 12v to the relay solenoid.
