need help with my 20020 camry.
will not start, barely cranks over. it has a new battery, starter was tested, starter relay is good but it still will not start.

 

What year? 20020?

If barely cranking over check the battery cable to the starter, battery ground point and connections.

If the engine barely turns over then as stated check the large cable between the battery and starter solenoid. The cable can increase in resistant which lowers the voltage at the starter.

Also check the battery terminals, battery ground cable, ground point and ground cable between the engine and chassis.

If the engine does not start, check for ignition. Remove on plug/connector and check for spark when cranking.
