When bringing a piece of wood home from Home Depot I managed to cut the leather on the armrest. We have purchased a new one, but for the life of me I can not seem to figure out how to remove the damaged one, and replace it with the new one. Any help would super appreciated.

That's the wrong armrest. I'd love it if you had video of the removal of the center arm rest. 😉
