Hi guys, i was just wondering whether if the new 2012 camry le is pre wired for fog lights.....???? Thanx in advance

 

My 2012 LE hybrid has fog light wiring down under the headlights -however I dont see a plug at the switch panel.Anyone have any idea why?

 

i have seen them with foglights. it was the se v6, but im not sure if that is the only model they come on.

Actually I believe the car is prewired-I pliugged in the fogs to the wiring at the front end and after looking at wiring diagrams and the users manual I have ordered a new headlight switch stalk for the steering column. The fogs are turned on through this and not a dash switch so I am banking on having factory fogs on a Hybrid LE-let you know if it works....BTW I will be selling the dash switch and harness that came with my fog light kit.

 

Just purchased 2012 Camry and want to install fog lights. Can't wait to see if it's plug and play; I will be watching for Hamtons reply.

I would like to know if they factory switch worked in your LE? Toyota lists

84140-06540 as the number but says it fits the se/xle models.
