Default 2019 Camry noise, front passenger wheel.

I had the front brakes replaced maybe 3 weeks or so ago. About a week later i started to hear a noise coming from front wheel passenger side. It has now gotten louder and it mostly makes it when I break. It also makes a noise kind of like a whistle when I’m driving. Sometimes it sounds as if something was going to brake or come apart. I took the car to dealer but they said the breaks were fine. I’ve been told by some that maybe it’s the wheel baring. I’m lost I have no idea what that noise is.

When driving and in a safe place move the rotate the steering wheel slightly left and right to shift the weight from one front axle to the other. Determine if the noise changes.
