Where can I find the AC relay on 2007 toyota camry LE 2.4L engine? Does it even have one?

Not sure there is an AC relay. There is a magnetic clutch relay.

Is the green light blinking on the A/C control?

 

I had a similar problem in my 2016 Camry. My problem was burst high-pressure line, all refrigerant leaked out and when the engine warmed up, hot air was getting pumped from the engine bay to the cabin. check Ac lines for damages.
