Acceleration While in Park

Acceleration While in Park
Hello All.
Just this morning I noticed that my car accelerates while in park. RPMs hit up to the 2's. Definitely hear the engine accelerate but when I shift gears to drive it goes back down. Could it be a bad throttle position sensor, IAC?
I own a 2000 Toyota Camry with 200K miles...
Any possible suggestions/advice would be appreciated. thank you.
