Default Arcing noise

I have a 2016 Camry hybrid that has twice given me a very loud arcing noise through the radio speakers. The noise sounds like a high voltage electrical arc that is very loud and lasts for about a second or two. It has happened at low speeds (so far) when the car is just starting from a parked position. Other than startling me, the only problem that I have noticed is the clock gets set to another time.
Has anyone ever experienced this problem?
Thanks in advance for you help.

2016 model will be a warranty question

see if you can use a mobile phone to record the sound
or video it as it happens

Thank you for the advice. I will probably buy a recorder and have it ready to go when it happens again. That will eliminate the time delay of getting to an app for recording.
I forgot to mention that I have had it checked out by the dealer without them finding anything wrong.

Just got back from the dealer for a 15000 mile maintenance check. Mechanic ran checks on the car and found nothing wrong. However, he suggested, if and when it happens again, check to see if the car is in the electric, gas or transitioning between modes.
Now all I have to do is get all my ducks in a row and hope Murphy takes a day off.
