An issue with engine cleaners is the now removed sludge debris needs to go someplace. The result being it may plug up the engine oil pump screen. This can cause low oil pressure.

Are you able to do engine work such as removing the valve cover and oil pan?

The concern is additives can break loose sludge which needs to go somewhere.

If you physically cleaned the engine as much as possible. Suggest to just drive it with more frequent oil changes.

Buy low cost Wal-Mart private label oil and buy oil filters at online sites such as Rockauto to save money.

Monitor the debris in the oil filter and determine if it increases.

Did you observe and or clean the oil pump screen when you cleaned the pan? A concern is the oil pump screen may plug up with debris and result in reduced oil pressure.

The best way to remove sludge is to take the engine apart and clean it. If this is not possible then the options narrow.

You could add cleaners but they work slowly. From your experience, cleaning the sludge requires aggressive work.

The cleaners may speed the process but the debris is going to be moved to the screen and oil filter.
